Terms of Service

Short version: you connect systems you own, Karass runs autonomous AI agents on them on your behalf, and you can leave any time by deleting your workspace. Agent output is reviewable — every fix is a pull request, every ticket is a draft — so you stay in the loop.

1. The service

Karass is a multi-tenant platform where you hire AI agents (Monitor, Handy, and others added over time) and give them access to your systems. They read events, classify attention items, open pull requests, file tickets, and send notifications according to the instructions you configure.

2. Who owns what

  • You own your data: the content of everything the agents read from your connected systems stays yours.
  • You own the agents' output: pull requests, issues, messages, and any artifact an agent creates on your behalf are yours.
  • We own the platform: the Karass product, agent templates, runtime, and classifier logic.
  • Agent output is generated by LLMs and is not guaranteed correct, safe, or appropriate. Review before merging, before shipping, before publishing.

3. What you grant us

When you connect an integration, you grant Karass permission to read and (where you explicitly configure it) write to that system on your behalf, scoped to the OAuth scopes or API permissions you approve. You can revoke any integration at any time by disconnecting it.

4. What you agree not to do

  • Connect systems you don't have permission to give access to.
  • Use Karass to access, process, or generate content that violates applicable law.
  • Attempt to exfiltrate other tenants' data or probe for vulnerabilities without prior authorization.
  • Use the service to send unsolicited bulk communications.

5. Availability and support

Karass is provided as-is, best-effort. We don't guarantee uptime, latency, or that every attention item will be caught. Support is available at support@karass.dev and is answered by a human within a few business days.

6. No warranty

The service is provided without warranty of any kind — no merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. AI agent decisions are probabilistic and subject to error. You are responsible for reviewing agent output before acting on it in production.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Karass's total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for Karass in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 — whichever is greater. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

8. Termination

  • You can terminate at any time by deleting your workspace — see Privacy Policy for data handling.
  • We can terminate or suspend your workspace if you violate these terms, attempt to damage the platform, or leave payment unresolved.
  • On termination, your data is deleted per the Privacy Policy. Exports must be requested before termination.

9. Pricing

Current pricing is visible in your workspace billing page. Changes to pricing require 30 days' notice to active tenants. You are not locked into any term — month-to-month.

10. Changes to these terms

Material changes are announced via email to workspace owners and posted here with an updated date. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
